Students will be responsible for any damage or loss of items entrusted to them.
Original certificates and memo cards should be produced at the time of the interview.
Candidates not securing 80% of attendance will not be permitted to appear for the examination.
Continuous absence for 21 days without any valid reason will lead to the removal of the candidate from the rolls.
Fee, once paid, is not refundable under any circumstances.

College uniform is mandatory in the college campus, and it should not be altered or modified from the original.
All applicants seeking admission to the college shall carefully go through the prospectus and comply with the rules and regulations mentioned therein.
All issues relating to admission, hostel, and matters during the course of study shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the application form and prospectus.
Ragging of any sort is forbidden in the college, hostel, and campus, and strict action will be taken as per statutory provisions.
Smoking, possession, and consumption of alcohol or any intoxicants in the college, hostel, and campus are prohibited and may lead to dismissal from the institution.
The student and their parent/guardian shall indemnify the institution in case of any loss or damage caused by the student's unlawful acts.
The institution cannot be compelled to favor any student in criminal proceedings related to illegal acts.
Punishments for violations will be imposed following standard principles and procedures, and the management is indemnified against any claims or losses.
Applicants and their parent/guardian may enter into a contract agreement with the institution accepting the rules and regulations.
The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on all matters pertaining to the college.
The jurisdiction for legal matters pertaining to the college is Kochi city.
